  My wife had been in the store for about 10 to 15 minutes and was deciding on what she was going to buy for her friend's birthday. My son needed to use the restroom and was told that it was not open to the public. Therefore the business missed out on at least a $50 purchase over not letting someone use the restroom that obviously needed to. Good luck with your business, you might want to put yourself in other peoples shoes occasionally it would benefit you. Thanks for shaming me and my family on FB. I can't believe how rudely you responded to my review. Had you emailed me or had you reached out in a positive manner, I would of deleted the review. I would recommend reaching out the next time you get a bad review.
