  Initially I was disappointed with customer service. I walk in the store with a 9ft. Piece of copper tubing used for a water line to a dish washer and three employees are inside just beyond the front doors talking and laughing and no even stops to offer assistance. After about 15 minutes of trying to find what I was looking for, an older gentleman asked how I was doin and how can he help. I explained my situation(a somewhat difficult one) he took the time to listen, search and make sure I had what I needed to do the job correctly.
